I’ve been a partner at Jared K. Hart’s law firm since August 2020, focusing on matrimonial matters in Sullivan County Supreme Court and handling cases in Sullivan County Family Court, including custody, child support, adoptions, and Special Immigration Juvenile Status. I also manage violations of probation and extraditions for Sullivan County Legal Aid, along with Family Court Appeals to the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division 3rd Department.
Before this, I served as a Family Services Attorney, prosecuting child abuse and neglect in Sullivan County Family Court, managing administrative hearings, and handling Mental Hygiene Article 81 Proceedings in Sullivan County Supreme Court. In a previous role at a law firm, I handled family court, matrimonial, and surrogate court matters. With extensive trial experience in Sullivan County Family Court and Supreme Court, I earned my J.D. from New England Law in Boston in May 2009. Originally from Queens, New York, I obtained a B.A. in Psychology from Queens College, CUNY, in 2006. Proudly admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
