What's included in your flat fee

Every tier covers the full process from consultation to signing. The flat fee for your tier covers everything in scope. If your matter genuinely requires attorney time beyond the included hours, we will tell you in advance and you will know the cost before any additional time is spent. Here is what every flat-fee engagement includes:

Why flat-fee pricing and why this one

Most family law attorneys bill prenups by the hour. That means the final cost depends on how many emails you send, how many revisions you request, and how complicated your negotiation gets. The bill at the end rarely matches the estimate at the beginning.

We charge a flat fee because we believe you should know your cost before you commit — not after. The price covers everything. If the process takes longer than expected, that is our problem, not yours.

As for why the fee is $3,500 and not $500: a prenup drafted by a licensed attorney who knows your state’s enforceability requirements, who manages revisions, and who gives you signing guidance is a fundamentally different product from an online template or an AI generated document. Courts throw out cheap prenups regularly. A $3,500 agreement that holds up is worth more than a $500 agreement that doesn’t.

The Platinum Prenup
For situations that require more

The standard flat fee works for most couples. The Platinum tier is for situations where more is genuinely needed: significant business interests, real estate portfolios, trust structures, international assets, or high net worth planning that requires coordination with financial advisors and estate attorneys.

The starting price is $10,000 — the final price depends on complexity, the number of parties involved in coordination, and the depth of drafting required.

Platinum engagements are scoped individually. If you are not sure whether your situation calls for Platinum, tell us during the consultation and we will give you a direct answer.
