Effective date: October 28, 2026.
These Terms of Use govern your use of prenups.com (the “Site”), operated by Prenups.com, LLLP, a Georgia limited liability limited partnership (“Prenups.com,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Attorney advertising
This Site is attorney advertising. See our
Legal Notice for the attorney responsible for its content and the states where our attorneys are licensed.
2. No attorney-client relationship
Reading the Site, downloading our materials, calling, emailing, booking or attending a consultation, or submitting a form does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship with
Prenups.com begins only when you and our firm both sign a written engagement agreement.
3. Do not send confidential information before you are engaged
Until you are a client, please do not send detailed financial records or sensitive personal information through the Site, forms, or email. Share that information during your consultation or after you sign an engagement agreement.
4. Information, not legal advice
Articles, guides, videos, ebooks, cost figures, and other content on the Site are general information about prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. They are not legal advice for your situation, and laws differ by state and change over time. Do not act on Site content without advice from an attorney licensed in your state.
5. Your engagement agreement controls
If you become a client, your engagement agreement governs our services, fees, scope, and responsibilities to you. If these Terms conflict with your engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls. Nothing in these Terms limits any duty our attorneys owe you under the rules of professional conduct.
6. Consultations and fees
- Consultations are booked through the Site and carry a $150 fee, paid at booking.
- If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your consultation, you may choose a full refund or a new time at no charge. If you cancel within 24 hours or miss your consultation, you may reschedule once at no charge; the fee is not refunded. If we cancel or reschedule, you choose a full refund or a new time.
- Fees described on the Site summarize our flat-fee packages. Your engagement agreement sets the final scope and fee for your matter.
7. Permitted use
You may use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Copy, scrape, or republish Site content, or use it to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models, without our written permission.
- Interfere with the Site’s security or operation, or attempt to access accounts or systems that are not yours.
- Submit false information, impersonate another person, or book consultations on someone else’s behalf without their permission.
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, videos, the Prenups.com name and logo, and excerpts from The Prenup Prescription, are owned by Prenups.com or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links to our pages and quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link back to the source page.
9. Third-party links and services
The Site links to and uses third-party services, including scheduling, payment, and podcast and book retail pages. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Website disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current at all times, or that general information on it applies to your situation.
11. Limitation of liability for website use
To the extent permitted by law, Prenups.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or its general information. This section applies only to use of the Site. It does not apply to legal services we provide under an engagement agreement and does not limit any responsibility our attorneys owe to clients.
12. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about the Site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, unless the law of your state requires otherwise.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information through the Site.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
15. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
