Flat fees: Standard $3,500, Negotiated $5,000, Platinum from $10,000. Your attorney confirms your tier at the consultation.
Every agreement is a flat fee. Your situation sets the tier, and your attorney confirms it at your consultation.
Tier Prenup Postnup Fits when
Standard $3,500 $4,500 You and your partner agree on the terms, and your partner has not hired their own attorney.
Negotiated $5,000 $6,500 Your partner has their own attorney and we negotiate the terms with them, or your situation is complex but below the Platinum criteria.
Platinum from $10,000 from $13,000 Any one of the criteria below applies to you or your partner.
Platinum applies if any one of these is true for you or your partner:
  • Combined net worth above $5,000,000, or either partner above $3,000,000
  • A business valued above $1,000,000, or with annual revenue of $500,000 or more
  • Stock options, RSUs, or private company equity worth more than $500,000
  • Commercial real estate, or real estate in three or more states
  • A named beneficiary of a trust
  • A family office relationship, or an expected inheritance above $2,000,000
  • W-2 income above $750,000

California agreements are always prepared at the Negotiated tier. Your $150 consultation fee is credited toward your agreement.

What it costs
